shipping and returns

sales taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

permission to return and to receive credit

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.

Delivery

After you make a purchase, you will receive an automated email confirming that: 

  • You have placed an order.
  • Your order will be processed shortly.
  • Your order should arrive within:
    • 3 – 5 working days for stocked products.
    • 1 – 6 weeks for non-stocked products.

While we will endeavour to have products ordered delivered as soon as possible, R&D Plus Pty Ltd is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will always be to registered address of the customer as per the credit/debit card only (Unless specified at the time of Order).

While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price.

For domestic customers, orders are shipped through Australia Post or registered domestic courier companies depending on customer requirements. Orders are shipped as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.

 For International customers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies.
