Centrifugal Oil Filtration To Australia. Exciting News IOW Partners With R&D Plus To Supply The World’s #1.

IOW

If you have been thinking of upgrading or installing a new Centrifugal system and looking for exceptional Results?

R&D Plus is pleased to announce that we have partnered with the IOW Group to bring their innovative centrifugal range and filtration solutions to Australia. R&D is especially excited for this as the IOW Group is just as customer focused as we are, wanting to create products that will enable their customers to become more productive and effective within their own business sectors. Currently with two manufacturing facilities, five worldwide sales offices and over fifty years combined experience in the centrifuge industry, they are making them global leaders in this field.

The IOW separators clean oil using centrifugal force 2000 times greater than gravity. They remove contaminates that cause damage to engines and they also greatly extend the life of lubricating oil in engines and gearboxes. The IOW oil spinners are not only suitable for the marine and offshore industries but also for application within the power generation, industrial manufacturing, mining, and automotive sectors.

We are excited to offer the range of Centrifugal Oil Separators including the MP090, MP200, MP400, MP600.  Each of these has been designed for different oil system capacities with the MP600 handling up to 1550 liters system capacity and enables a sludge capacity of 4 liters, With the MP090 designed for as little as a 15 liters system capacity and enables a sludge capacity of .65 liters. At four bar pressure all MP centrifuges spin 15-30% faster than other market leaders.

These centrifugal oil separators are the highest performing and only self-monitoring bypass oil filtration spinner type separators IN THE WORLD. The IOW group has spent five years re-designing how the traditional centrifuge worked to create a completely new range of Centrifugal Oil Separators. Key changes include:

  • Bowl Discs, increasing efficiency, by removing even more contamination. The only centrifuges of their size use bowl discs, usually associated with larger units this allows the centrifuge to remove significantly more small particles than other centrifuges.
  • Fully Sealed Unit, reduced the risk of cross contamination between clean and dirty oil. Unlike other leading centrifuges our oil sealed centrifuge significantly reduces the risk of cleaned oil being contaminated.
  • Distributor Impeller eliminates back pressure by drawing in contaminated oil. Oil enters the centrifuge at the base of the unit and, once spinning, is drawn into the centrifuge by the distributor impeller reducing the risk of back pressure causing cross contamination and increasing rotor speeds.
  • Remote Monitoring provides operators and systems with a valuable insight into its speed, cleaning, and service requirements potentially extending service interval, reducing wastage and time spent servicing. The centrifuges are the only product on the market to provide operators with a choice of remote monitors helping to make sure the unit is running optimally, reducing servicing man hours, and increasing efficiency.

The IOW Group also provide a full range of positive displacement triple screw pumps that exceed the qualities of market-leading products and the expectations of customers. All pumps fit industry standard footprints and flanges for easy installation. There is a choice of standard mechanically sealed pumps or, for a superior seal, have a full range of magnetically sealed pumps.

Reciprocating engines are currently a staple in the day-to-day running of the industrial world. Centrifugal oil separators help reciprocating diesel engines to run smoother. Centrifugal oil separators are utilized in marine, automotive, transport, agriculture, mining, and defense industries. Centrifugal oil separators play a part in reducing your carbon footprint by helping to ensure your reciprocating diesel engines run as efficiently as possible. IOW is a company that is driven by the need to make engines as efficient as possible, the IOW Group sees itself as an essential player in the world of sustainability. In an age that relies heavily on machines, filtration products are a major component in the future of industrial engineering.
